About Kristen Heavens

A seasoned Physician Assistant with six years of experience in family medicine, orthopedics, and military medicine. In 2019, Kristen graduated with academic distinction (Pi Alpha) from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the U.S. Army, with an accreditation from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her clinical training was completed at Keller Army Community Hospital on West Point.

Kristen’s academic background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in exercise science from the University of Connecticut.

PA Kristen has proudly served for 13 years in the Army Reserve, including a deployment to the Middle East from 2019 to 2020. This unique combination of civilian and military experience has given her a comprehensive skill set and a deep commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
